These seem a little on the small side in the package so I am trying to get rid of them. I just didn't think they would fit us. The place I ordered said up to 28 lbs but he is already 23 so I think they would be perfect for a younger youngin'. I am also including two never been used microfiber inserts. Sorry they are not in the package as well but I ordered a package of ten so I just took two out to put with this order.
